Rhinocort (generic form is Budesonide) 1 Spray each nostril once a day as a preventive measure; 2 sprays each nostril twice a day if you have been exposed to Covid- 19, 2 sprays each nostril every 4 hours if you have Covid- 19, 2 sprays each nostril every 2 hours if you have shortness of breathe or if you have pneumonia with Covid- 19

Listerine or its equivalent (kills 99% germs) gargle with this whenever you use nasal spray

Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily as a preventive measure 10000 IU if exposed or you have Covid- 19

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 100 mg once a day

Zinc 50 mg once a day

Vitamin C 3000mg twice a day

Aspirin 81 mg once a day if exposed to or you have Covid- 19, 325 mg if you have severe symptoms
